Zoë Wicomb

Zoë Wicomb is a South African writer who lives in Scotland, where she is Emeritus Professor at Strathclyde University. In 2018 she published Race, Nation, Translation: South African Essays (Yale University Press). Her latest novel, Still Life, will be published in September 2020 by the New Press (New York) an dPenguin Random House (Cape Town). She is a recipient of the Windham Campbell Prize for fiction.
