Qiana Towns

Qiana Towns holds a MFA in poetry from Bowling Green State University. She is author of the chapbook This is Not the Exit, and a Cave Canem graduate. Her poem "Social Regard" was selected for the Gwendolyn Brooks Poetry Prize by the Society for the Study of Midwestern Literature. She resides in Flint, Michigan, where she serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Bottles for the Babies, a grassroots organization created to support the residents of Flint during the water crisis.
