Patricia Hooper

Patricia Hooper’s fourth book of poetry, Separate Flights, was awarded the University of Tampa’s Anita Claire Sharf Award and the Roanoke Chowan Award from the North Carolina Literary and Historical Society. A new collection, Wild Persistence, will be published by Tampa in the fall. Her poems have appeared in The Southern Review, Poetry, The Atlantic Monthly, The Kenyon Review, The Hudson Review and other magazines.
