Nick Neely

Nick Neely's essays are published or forthcoming in The Southern Review, The Missouri Review, Orion, Ecotone, and River Teeth, among other journals. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he is about to finish an MFA in nonfiction at Hunter College and an MFA in poetry at Columbia University, where he teaches essay writing. In 2009, he was the recipient of PEN/Northwest's Boyden Wilderness Writing Residency.
