George Choundas

George Choundas has fiction and nonfiction in over forty publications, including The Southern Review, The American Reader, Alaska Quarterly Review, Subtropics, and The Best Small Fictions 2015. He is a winner of the New Millennium Award for Fiction, a former FBI agent, and the son of a Greek merchant marine captain and a Cuban schoolteacher from Santiago (where they play baseball, not soccer) who vanquished the Greek. He lives in Pleasantville, New York.
