Debra Weisberg

Debra Weisberg's work explores drawing in physical terms using a variety of materials, including tape, fiber, fiberglass mesh, and hydrostone. The result is a mass of shifting shapes that contain the expanding vitality of an explosive mass of energy. Weisberg has exhibited at Art in General in New York, the DeCordova Museum, Mills Gallery, East Hampton Center for Contemporary Art, and other national venues. She teaches at Boston College and the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University.
