Cate Kennedy

Cate Kennedy's work has been published widely in Australia. She is the author of five poetry collections, most recently Like a House on Fire (Scribe, 2012). She is also the author of the novel The World Beneath (Scribe, 2009). Her non-fiction writing includes a memoir, Sing, and Don’t Cry: a Mexican Journal (Transit Lounge Press, 2005), about her experiences working with Australian Volunteers International in Mexico.
