Anthony Fiala

Anthony Fiala (1869-1950) was an American explorer, designer, chemist, cartoonist, and photographer. He accompanied the ill-fated Ziegler polar expedition in 1901/02 as a photographer, and in 1914 accompanied Theodore Roosevelt on an expedition into then-unexplored parts of Brazil. He is the author of Troop "C" in Service (1899) and Fighting the Polar Ice (1906).
