Amy Newman

Amy Newman is the author of five poetry collections, most recently On This Day in Poetry History (Persea Books). Her translations of the poems and letters of Antonia Pozzi appear or are forthcoming in Poetry, Michigan Quarterly Review, Delos, Blackbird, Bennington Review, The Arkansas International, and elsewhere. She is the recipient of the The John Frederick Nims Memorial Prize for Translation and teaches in the Department of English at Northern Illinois University.
